Our Return Policy...
We do our very best to provide you with excellent products and service. Should you be unhappy with a purchase for whatever reason, you may return it for a refund less shipping and handling. We will also gladly accept requests for replacements of damaged or defective merchandise. We will do our very best to process your request for a refund as quickly as possible. We cannot process your request for status of a refund without the amount of your refund request, your name, address, zip, and daytime phone number so that we can call you should we have any questions. If you forgot to include this in your first message, please send us another e-mail message with the above information so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. You will receive full credit for all merchandise returned within 2-4 weeks of when we receive your package. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. We will not reply to this e-mail message unless we have any questions.

Cancellation Policy ...
We have designed our web site to be as easy to use as possible. This includes a variety of points in the ordering process where we make it easy for you to review your order before you check out with your shopping cart. In the event that you create an order and wish to cancel it, we will do our very best to cancel your order as soon as we receive your request. In the unlikely event that your order has already shipped and you receive your order after you have cancelled it, please return the package to the address below and we will refund the full purchase price of all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of your original purchase.

Damage/Defective Policy
We will be glad to process your request to replace your lost or damaged orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time that we receive your e-mail request (usually 1-3 days from when you send your e-mail message) to receive your replacement order.

Please do not return the damaged or defective products when requesting a replacement. All of our products come with a lifetime money back guarantee. Unless you are notified otherwise, you may expect to receive your new order within 4-6 weeks from the time that we receive your request.
